g63 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and g63 ("the Platform") governing your access to and use of g63.xyz, including all services, features, and content available on the site and through the g63 mobile application.

By accessing g63, you acknowledge that online gaming involves real financial risk. No result on the platform — whether in sports betting, live casino, or slot games — is guaranteed. You accept full personal responsibility for all bets and gaming decisions made on your account.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules that may apply to particular games, promotions, or features on the platform. In the event of a conflict, the more specific rule takes precedence for that context.

To register and use g63, you must meet all of the following requirements:

g63 requires all players to complete identity verification before deposits, withdrawals, and full account access are enabled. This process requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID and may include additional documentation depending on account activity.

KYC verification protects both the player and the platform. It ensures that only the verified account holder can access funds, initiate withdrawals, and manage account settings. g63 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, particularly for accounts with higher transaction volumes.

Accounts that remain unverified after a reasonable period, or where verification documents cannot be confirmed as authentic, may be suspended. Any funds held in an unverified account will be subject to review before release.

All deposits and withdrawals on g63 are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform does not accept cryptocurrency, credit cards, or any foreign currency as a deposit or withdrawal method.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine bank transfers via major local banks and Philippine e-wallets. All payment accounts used for deposits must be registered in the same name as your g63 account. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members or friends — are not permitted and will be returned or held pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. The platform reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain amounts. g63 does not apply platform-level fees to deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own transfer fees.

g63 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals in cases where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where an investigation is ongoing.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the g63 platform, it is final. Players cannot cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where the platform explicitly provides a cash-out or similar feature for a specific market. The availability of such features varies by sport and event.

g63 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The event was cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable betting rules.
• A clear error was made in the odds or market offered, including incorrectly priced markets or obvious system errors.
• There is evidence of match fixing, event manipulation, or use of inside information in connection with the bet.
• Bets were placed using automated tools, bots, or scripted betting patterns.

For live casino games, the outcome recorded by the system at the time of resolution is final. In the event of a technical failure during a game round, incomplete rounds may be cancelled and stakes returned to the player's account balance.

Slot game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Each spin is independent. No past spin result influences future outcomes. Slot RTP percentages shown in game information are theoretical long-run averages and do not represent a guaranteed return per session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on g63 and will result in account suspension, bet voiding, and potential permanent banning:

• Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes, abuse bonus structures, or create artificial bet patterns.

• Sharing account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to access and use your account.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account, regardless of consent.

g63 actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with the above prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, g63 may immediately suspend the account, void outstanding bets, and withhold funds pending investigation. Confirmed cases may be reported to relevant authorities.

g63 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is for adults aged 21 and above only — this requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced through identity verification.

Players are encouraged to use the account transaction history available in the g63 dashboard to monitor their deposit and wagering activity over time. Setting personal budget limits before each gaming session is strongly recommended. g63 does not guarantee any return on bets placed, and no gaming session should be approached with the expectation of profit.

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or prohibited conduct.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined by the platform's internal policy.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, g63 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. If no breach is found, remaining funds will be returned to the player via the original payment method. Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact support directly.

g63 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of g63 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
